Job Summary
• Seeking a Consultant to support a critical phase of an Asset Management/CMMS system selection project • Responsible for leading the creation and execution of a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify the best-fit application • Will work closely with leadership, procurement, and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage the RFP lifecycle, and evaluate vendor responses Key Responsibilities
• Leverage data from a recently completed Request for Information (RFI) to define business needs • Conduct small group meetings with stakeholders to gather and refine technical and business requirements • Draft, publish, and manage the full RFP process including vendor communication, proposal evaluation, and presentation facilitation • Organize and lead stakeholder discussions, ensuring alignment across business units • Develop clear documentation including requirements, diagrams, and process maps • Present findings and RFP evaluations to both technical and non-technical audiences • Act as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure understanding and alignment • Support development of evaluation criteria and scoring frameworks Required Qualifications
• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Agile Project Manager on enterprise asset management implementation projects • Proven experience developing and managing formal RFPs with leadership and procurement teams • Skilled in leading meetings with cross-functional and diverse stakeholder groups • Strong background in requirements gathering, scope definition, and documentation development • Ability to create and explain technical diagrams and workflows Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or CMMS applications
