About the Role Our client is tackling one of the biggest unsolved problems in technology: fully automating data transformation and modeling. Their AI-driven approach is revolutionising how data flows between systems, eliminating silos, and making seamless connectivity a reality. As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and optimising our data-intensive platform. You’ll work across the entire stack, focusing on the frontend, designing and implementing customer-facing features while optimising performance and scalability. You’ll also work closely with the founding team, shaping product direction and taking ownership of mission-critical projects. What You’ll Be Doing Developing and optimising distributed, scalable systems for handling large datasets with minimal latency. Architecting and implementing customer-facing features, ensuring a seamless user experience. Identifying performance bottlenecks in areas like storage, scalability, and processing speed—and fixing them. Collaborating directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into intuitive workflows. Working alongside the founders to shape the product roadmap and help scale the engineering team. What We’re Looking For At least
3 years of professional experience
as a full-stack engineer. Hands-on experience with
React and TypeScript
for frontend development. Experience deploying
data-intensive web applications
in a production environment. A problem-solving mindset—you know when to use off-the-shelf solutions and when to build from scratch. A willingness to take ownership, iterate quickly, and contribute ideas that push the product forward.
