IT Manager
to enhance the IT function across our brands, through standardizations, managing relationships with external service providers, and shaping the way technology drives their business. The
IT Manager
will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the technology of the organization, with a focus on SaaS-based solutions and managing the company's Managed Service Provider (MSP). The role will primarily involve ensuring the MSP delivers on service obligations, optimizing costs, and enabling the company's brands to effectively leverage their systems. Additionally, this role will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceTitan, a SaaS-based ERP system used by the home services industry and will guide the integration of new acquisitions into the company's IT ecosystem. IT Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee the company's MSP relationship to ensure service obligations are met, and monitor cost-efficiency by avoiding unnecessary services. Act as the main point of contact between the company and the MSP, addressing issues and optimizing service delivery. Become an SME on ServiceTitan, a SaaS-based ERP system used in the home services industry. Enable business processes by improving the functionality and utilization of ServiceTitan across the brands. Create a model tenant of ServiceTitan that can be adopted by all brands, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Support users by addressing and resolving any issues related to ServiceTitan, troubleshooting and providing guidance. Oversee the onboarding of newly acquired companies, ensuring smooth integration with the MSP and other IT systems. Assist in the development of an integration playbook, particularly focused on IT aspects for mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Help shape the overall IT function and strategy of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives. IT Manager Requirements:
Proven experience managing or administering a SaaS-based ERP system (ServiceTitan experience is not required, but experience with similar tools is a must). Strong experience in managing third-party IT service providers (MSPs) and driving performance against service level agreements (SLAs). Experience in onboarding new companies into IT infrastructure, particularly in the context of M&A. Familiarity with IT operations with MSP in a multi-brand environment, ideally in the home services or related industries. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address user-related issues and optimize business systems. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with external partners.
