The Relationship Manager is responsible for creating, developing, and managing commercial banking relationships. This role involves providing intermediate-level advice and education to customers about the Bank's deposit and loan products to enhance their financial operations. Responsibilities
Develop new depository and loan customer relationships through organized, consultative approaches including telephonic, face-to-face visits, and written communication. Participate in community events and tradeshows to promote the Bank's services and products. Meet with various stakeholders to evaluate financials and business needs, providing expert advice on financial products. Assess creditworthiness independently, reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and other pertinent information. Manage existing clients by monitoring their financial condition and responding to their banking needs. Develop marketing strategies to promote the Bank’s financial products and leverage existing relationships for new business. Specialize in particular industries to better serve client needs with specialized knowledge. Scrutinize customer information for irregularities and fraud. Negotiate credit pricing, terms, and conditions, and support credit agreement negotiations. Conduct site visits to assess collateral and perform other client assessments. Complete necessary documentation for loans and accounts efficiently. Maintain expertise on banking trends, products, and regulatory issues. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial commercial banking (C&I) middle market. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships in the Inland Empire Market. Additional Information
