Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional customer service. This individual must have a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals and new business opportunities Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on insurance products and coverage options Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and pricing for clients Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional coverage options Stay current on industry trends and regulations to provide informed recommendations to clients Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant industry experience required Previous middle-market experience is highly preferred Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships Proficient in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License
Compensation Package
Compensation: Between $65k-$100k (based on experience) Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
