Prevailance is seeking an experienced, mission-focused professional to serve as a
Systems Analyst
in support of the
CJCS J6
Directorate for Cyber and Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Integration (DDC5I). This position specifically supports the
Coalition Interoperability Division
in coordinating U.S. service and multinational information sharing, command, and control efforts.
The ideal candidate
has excellent writing and communication skills, experience at the Joint Staff or COCOM level, experience as a Staff Officer, and possesses an advanced degree. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Deliver technical and analytical expertise to facilitate requirements management for Command and Control (C2) and IT systems in support of senior staff. Apply in-depth knowledge of C2 systems in U.S. and multinational coalition operations to support the Mission Partner Environment (MPE) requirements management. Analyze and recommend solutions to enhance data and technology sharing between the Department of Defense (DoD) and mission partners. Support J6 government representatives at conferences, including Executive Steering Committees, and manage governance activities for DoD implementation initiatives. Prepare and present recommendations, reviews, and briefings for the JS J6 DD C5I Coalition Interoperability Division (CID). Coordinate technical and operational support for JS J6 in collaboration with other DoD entities. Requirements Experience: Strong
analytical ,
writing , and
presentation
skills. Expertise in
C2 systems ,
coalition interoperability , and
multinational coordination . Proven ability to
coordinate and present technical solutions
to senior government officials. Clearance:
Ability to obtain and maintain a
Top Secret
clearance with
SCI access . Education: Bachelors degree
in a technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, physics, or related discipline). 10+ years of military operational or DoD government experience
may
be accepted. This role plays a critical part in advancing interoperability and operational effectiveness across U.S. and multinational mission partner environments.
