Power Platform Developer
to join our

team! The Power Platform Developer works with division and program leadership to understand and analyze requirements and develop business intelligence (BI) solutions using underlying technologies. Contributes to the design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of reporting and analytic solutions. Develops processes and oversees activities to ensure data quality and completeness. This is
not
a contract position. This is a salaried position with an in-office setting. This
full-time, exempt
position earns a competitive rate and benefits, including 24 PTO days per year (accrued); 15 paid holidays per year; a free employee medical plan with $100 per month HSA contribution (plus other affordable employee or family medical, dental, and vision options!); a retirement savings plan with 50% match on the first 6% of contributions, and much more! Responsibilities
Gathers reporting requirements, creates new reports required by funders and for grant proposals, updates existing reports to reflect changing funder requirements, and runs and manipulates reports as needed. Provides technical input in all phases of database design and development. Develops and implements QA systems to identify, monitor and resolve recurring data quality and data integrity issues. Works with Director of Research & Evaluation to implement revisions to reporting systems as required by evolving programmatic or reporting needs. Creates and maintains database documentation, including procedures and definitions. Develops IT training materials and leads groups and individualized trainings on IT topics including but not limited to Excel, CRM data entry, SharePoint, Skype for Business, and Windows OS. Writes, validates, and executes test plans for solutions, applications, and/or operating systems. Coordinates prototype review, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Qualifications
Requires a Bachelors degree in a computer-related field; and Requires 5 years of related experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires experience working with MS Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform which includes Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience with workflows, business rules, plugins, form customization and CRM Administration. Requires experience with Programming Languages: HTML, JavaScript, SQL, VBA. Expert in Excel functions and macros. Personnel management and project management experience required. Occasional travel may be required for meetings and training. About LifeWorks
