We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer to support ongoing development, integration, and production support activities within mainframe environments.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in COBOL, CICS, DB2, and related technologies, and will contribute to both back-end and front-end systems.
This role requires the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with teams and partners to ensure the stability and evolution of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct code research, development, and debugging in mainframe environments.
Collaborate with environment management teams to integrate and promote code across development, testing, and production environments.
Provide production support for mainframe applications and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Engage with partners and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and effective delivery.
Operate effectively both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience with mainframe development and debugging. Strong hands-on experience with: CICS, including Dynamic Transaction Routing COBOL DB2 VSAM MQ JCL SFTP/AWXAY Mainframe Production Support Exposure to front-end technologies such as Angular or similar frameworks. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Core Java. Additional experience in front-end technologies such as Angular is a plus.
