The Opportunity
The Systems Integrator III is responsible for programming and commissioning control systems that integrate multiple sub-systems to meet operational and regulatory requirements of the owner. The role involves developing and implementing logic for assigned projects, coordinating with clients and contractors, testing, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. The Systems Integrator III will be mentored by experienced staff and reports to a Technical Manager or Engineering Supervisor. What You'll Do
Engage with clients in the Renewable Energy industry Develop and test PLC/HMI/SCADA programs Create technical documentation such as control logic, test procedures, and manuals Program PLCs using platforms like Allen Bradley, Schneider, or SEL RTAC Develop HMI/SCADA interfaces with platforms like Ignition, Wonderware, or Kepware/Topserver Perform on-site commissioning and start-up Own personal and project quality Maintain positive client relationships and ensure responsiveness Complete tasks within designated timelines What We Expect from You
Two-year technical degree 4-7 years of experience in Industrial Control Systems, Robotics Integration, or related programming Exposure to renewable energy sectors like Wind, PV, BESS Proficiency with communication protocols (DNP3, Modbus, etc.) and network architectures Effective use of discipline-specific software and mentoring others in its use Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Willingness to travel 25-35% Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving standards Authorization to work in the US We encourage candidates to apply even if they do not meet 100% of the listed skills, as we value talent and potential. The target salary range is $87,600 - $118,500, based on skills, experience, and location. The position will be posted for at least 3 days and up to 60 days until filled.
