Location:

This is a hybrid role based at our FishHawk location (13830 Circa Crossing Drive, Lithia, FL 33547), with projects at sites including Bartow, Bonnie Facility, Green Bay, New Wales, and Nichols. The role offers a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. Role Overview

As a capital project coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating, planning, and implementing capital projects that support our strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include developing project scopes, managing bidding activities, overseeing work execution, ensuring safety, and controlling costs. You will also coordinate with other plant activities, review and authorize work permits, and conduct audits, safety observations, and inspections. Projects may involve water treatment systems, loading stations, impoundments, storage ponds, and supporting new product development. Key Responsibilities Manage projects including scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and contractor oversight. Follow Mosaics Capital Project Management (CPM) process from initiation to engineering design, including RFQs/RFPs. Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams. Prepare and present project status reports. Handle construction issues, meetings, and document control. Review and approve invoices and purchase orders. Supervise contracts to ensure quality and compliance. Coordinate with project controls for financial forecasting. Monitor project schedules and progress. Travel to project sites for monitoring (20-30%).

Qualifications Associates degree in project management or related field. 5+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects. Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and engineering consultants. Knowledge of surveying and construction plans. Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in construction management or related field.
