The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test, and implement code in support of any of the following: Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers to integrate in-house application with cloud-based software. Develop batch application using .NET and Oracle. Develop online application using JavaScript, .NET, and Oracle. Develop with modern web development frameworks. The consultant will adhere to NYSIF's application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards, and the IT governance process. Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirements, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design. Expert: 84 months+

- Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 36 months of experience with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas). 36 months of experience with Kinook Visual Build Pro version 8 or later to create automated build and deployment of web applications. 60 months of experience as a .NET application developer - TFS, VB.NET, and C# with Visual Studio 2010 or newer. 84 months of experience with development, support, and implementation of Workers Compensation insurance application to evaluate and process Loss Cost Analysis (LCA) Assessments and Experience Ratings. 48 months of experience with development and support of Billing system to implement payment plan that is based on premium computed from actual payroll using Algorithm for modified class Rates. 60 months of experience in design, deployment and support of Workers' Compensation and Disability insurance billing and accounts receivables using terms and collection procedures. 60 months of experience with development, support, and implementation of insurance proof of coverage following IAIABC guidelines. 48 months of experience implementing solutions transforming XML data into ACORD al3 format. 84 months of experience in Oracle development using PL/SQL Developer in the following: triggers, functions, stored procedures, packages, view, cursor, file processing, advanced query optimization, and database design and implementation. 84 months of experience with web browser application development using JavaScript, CSS, XML, XSLT, and HTML.
