HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a Technical Analyst in Dallas, TX. Job Duties
Support the design and implementation of mid-sized technical solution projects within the IT Department of a petroleum refining and distribution company to improve operational efficiency, data management, and business process automation in line with the company’s overall business objectives. Leverage low-code tools such as Evolve, PowerApps, Winshuttle, Precisely, and Appian to create forms, automate workflows, and streamline data management across systems. Collaborate with support specialists and developers to develop business rules, technical specifications, and deliver solutions for process improvements. Develop, gather, and disseminate technical information to stakeholders, contributing to operational efficiency. Assist in the development of forms and workflows, evaluate and implement technical solutions, and support project delivery. Perform process analysis, create reports, and ensure compliance with SOX and governance standards. Translate high-level business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. This position reports to the Dallas, TX office and may allow partial telecommuting. Experience
Minimum of five (5) years in related roles involving workflow and development tools including Winshuttle, Evolve, Power Apps; knowledge of computer systems, data integration, form development, and SQL technology. Education
Bachelor of Science degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Benefits
