Required Qualifications/Skills
:
Experience as a business analyst within healthcare, Medicaid, or other public sector programs, policies, or systems. Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills. Experience writing, gathering, and maintaining business requirements and/or business rules. Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and to understand their needs through excellent listening and effective written and verbal communication. Experience using and analyzing information or data to inform decision-making. Proficiency with translating complex analytic ideas into actionable insights for different stakeholder groups. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel and Word skills. Preferred Credentials/Certifications

Master’s degree in business, technical, scientific, or related discipline Experience with Medicaid/Medicare policies and regulations. Experience with SDLC activities to manage, plan, design, implement, test and deliver information systems and strategies. Experience performing research and interpreting policies, procedures, and guidance. Experience performing data quality analysis to identify risks and opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Access. Experience working in Tableau. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Public Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of related experience. An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.
