Provides Tier I and Tier II support, including problem diagnosis and resolution. Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes. Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices. Configures and manages UNIX and Linux operating systems, installs software, troubleshoots, and maintains network components.
Position Responsibilities
Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems. Provide help desk support and escalate issues as needed. Manage daily IT system activities and assist users. Optimize system operations and perform capacity planning. Configure and manage UNIX and Linux OS, troubleshoot, and enhance system reliability.
Basic Qualifications
Ten (10) years of experience as a Systems Administrator in similar scope programs. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or five (5) additional years of experience in lieu of a degree. Additional Information
