The Building People, LLC, has an opening for a qualified

Systems Administrator

to perform the following duties: Administer and troubleshoot GSA-wide contracting databases, covering activities such as Acquisition, Lease/Real Property, and support programs. Manage and administer industry-standard government contracting databases, including FPDS-NG, Business Intelligence, System for Award Management (SAM), and Acquisition Planning Module (APM). Develop and deliver end-user training on GSA-wide contracting databases. Generate detailed reports using pivot tables from various databases. Establish user profiles and security settings for the Acquisition and Leasing Workforce. Provide end-user support and training, including helpdesk functions and group training sessions. Maintain and manage acquisition-related applications and databases daily. Participate in GSA-wide teams concerning database issues, upgrades, and resolutions. Coordinate with system programmers for testing and evaluating electronic system implementations. Attend meetings with GSA management to present findings and recommendations. Analyze agency vulnerabilities, evaluate metrics, and recommend process improvements. Document findings related to vulnerabilities and trends, and develop training materials. Ensure data accuracy through database maintenance and cleanup. Assist in collecting and analyzing data for agency responses on mission-critical functions. Develop and maintain internal dashboards and workload metrics. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience in Database Management. At least 4 years of experience managing systems, analyzing data, and making recommendations. Within one year of assignment, attain and maintain a mid-level Program Project Management (PPM) certification or higher. Preferred Skills and Experience

Certifications in project management are desirable for ongoing professional development. Experience with FPDS-NG, Business Intelligence, Fed Biz Opp, Lease Contracting Repository, SAM, and APM is preferred. Background check and security clearance may be required.
