Overview

VTG is seeking multiple Launch Systems Analysts in Los Angeles, CA, and Colorado Springs, CO. What will you do? Draft technical evaluations, briefings, analysis, and reports to support program execution. Collect, analyze, evaluate data, and make recommendations. Develop processes to assess current activities, identify problem areas, and develop solutions. Analyze and develop new requirements, plans, and alternative solutions for the OSL enterprise. Support the development of contract, ECP, Task Order requirements packages. Support strategies to procure launch services. Verify that portfolio plans are executable within resource constraints. Review and assess contract and CDRL deliverables. Formulate strategies, processes, and products aligned with business strategies, collaborating with functional users and government. Maintain briefings and data submissions supporting OSL equities and NRO governance. Draft and review documentation concerning Launch Enterprise Portfolio and OSL governance. Develop agreements with external agencies or mission partners. Coordinate documentation, communication, processes, and tools for COTRs, Portfolio Managers, and division chiefs. Provide leadership and support in program/project planning, mission readiness, milestones, execution, performance, and risk management. Maintain knowledge of processes and tools for requirements management, including strategies and roadmaps. Assess impacts from broad programmatic concepts to specific mission requirements. Assist in developing strategic and innovative solutions to technical problems, considering various analytical factors. Prepare briefings, papers, and summary reports on space launch topics. Support matrix/staff offices to achieve OSL program goals. Do you have what it takes?

Requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph; experience requirements are as follows: 5 YEARS EXP = ASSOCIATES 10 YEARS EXP = BACHELORS 15 YEARS EXP = MASTERS

The LSA-I is an entry-level analyst with some knowledge of government program management, capable of developing briefings and assessments for various government audiences. Must support cradle-to-grave launch enterprise activities and possess at least Programmatic Level II (P2) qualifications and knowledge of NRO policies, procedures, and federal contracting processes. The Level-II LSA is an intermediate analyst with proven program management knowledge, capable of developing briefings and assessments for leadership, supporting strategic planning, and cradle-to-grave activities. Must have all LSA-I qualifications, plus Programmatic Level III (P3) knowledge and experience with NRO and OSL policies and contracts. The Level-III LSA is a senior analyst with extensive program management experience, capable of developing briefings for high-level audiences, supporting strategic planning, and managing long-term tasks. Must have all lower-level qualifications, plus Programmatic Level N (P4) knowledge, and demonstrated ability to establish relationships, assess risks, and guide junior analysts.
