About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its Traction Business Unit. The CFO will serve as a strategic business partner to the BU President, with a primary focus on full-spectrum financial leadership. This includes planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and driving business performance across global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and driving business strategy, providing financial insights, and ensuring the delivery of financial targets. The role also involves leading the annual budgeting, strategic planning, and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes, as well as monitoring financial performance and proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s or MBA preferred, and a strong professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, particularly in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-driven businesses, is required. The role demands a proven track record in managing P&L in a global, matrixed organization, effective cash flow forecasting, and a strong ability to influence cross-functional teams. The CFO will also be expected to have excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools, and a strong adaptability to multiple cultures. The position requires a results-oriented individual with high achiever motivation, who can lead and develop a high-performing global finance team while promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and financial discipline.
