Lake Oswego GYN is a small gynecology clinic located in a suburb of Portland, OR. We are focused on providing personalized, quality care to our patients. We are looking for a physician to join our team who is passionate about women's health and committed to providing the best possible care to each and every patient. As a clinic, we value physician autonomy and work-life balance. Because we are independent and small, we can be flexible in adjusting the job parameters to what best meets your needs. We are located in a desirable area with abundant recreation and highly rated schools. Oregon offers easy access to the outdoors, you could visit the mountains and the coast in the same day!
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive gynecological care to women of all ages, including:
Well-woman care Diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions, including endometriosis, infertility, pelvic pain, and urinary problems Counseling on birth control, sexual health, and menopause In-office procedures such as colposcopy and IUD insertion In-office surgery including operative hysteroscopy, ablation, and LEEP
We maintain surgical privileges at two hospitals, with the opportunity for robotics if desired. Four day work week with an average of 12-15 patients per day, clinic hours are 9-5. Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in gynecological care Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school BE or BC in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid Oregon medical license and DEA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing patient-centered care Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary 100% coverage of health insurance premium 401k with employer match and profit sharing Opportunity to become an equal partner after 2 years.
