Under general supervision, responsible for supporting Records Management with established processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data processing, advanced Excel formulas, and PowerBI. This role involves analyzing large datasets, creating detailed reports, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. Job Specific Skills
Analytical skills and ability to use O365 for data analysis and research Responsibilities
Follow company document retention policies, classify documents, and communicate objectives to management and IT teams. Conduct information gathering sessions with departments to review and inventory documents. Create or modify the Document Retention Schedule for each department. Coordinate and confirm system updates are completed correctly. Assist with physical inventory remediation, classify documents, and identify responsible departments. Assess IT systems to ensure proper records management and retention according to legal and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Manage project load, multitask, and prioritize effectively. Perform other tasks as assigned.
