Hematology Oncology Opportunity in Northwestern OH Patient volumes are expected to double to 300 patients per day Streamline check-in and improve patient privacy Develop additional infusion space, patient exam rooms, care team spaces Expand pharmacy and laboratory spaces Designate specified areas for medical and radiation oncology Additional linear accelerator and radiation CT Simulator Increased access to 3-D mammography Ability to choose patient mix and practice at top of license Clinic 4 days/week, 1 administrative day/week (remote), 1:4 inpatient call 50% Hematology/50% Oncology patient mix, most common cases are breast, colon, lung, prostate Care team model, 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician, 2 NPs Chemo certified RN's for inpatient chemotherapy administration Onsite Services Radiation Oncology Infusion Therapy Lab and Pharmacy (board certified oncology pharmacist onsite) Genetic Counseling Clinical & Financial Navigation Nutrition Services Clinical Trials Tumor Registry GYN-Oncology Social Work Robust general surgery program and specialty services ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, GI Hospitalist service admits Mayo Clinic Care Network eConsult services, eTumor Boards Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend) Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer Compensation Hospital employment, competitive base salary plus wRVU production bonus after threshold achieved Signing
