As a Project Executive, you will provide leadership and oversight for all Construction, Project Management, and Project Administration activities in the Healthcare sector. You will manage a team of Project Managers, Superintendents, and Support staff, and will focus on building and maintaining relationships to retain and generate new business. You will also contribute to developing and implementing corporate initiatives and standards, emphasizing continuous development, safety, compliance, and quality.
The key responsibilities include:
- Lead by example to motivate teams and oversee safety, relationship management, financial performance, subcontractor and self-perform management, constructability, legal issues, risk mitigation, quality, scheduling, and design execution.
- Review performance and collaborate on staffing, development, and compensation.
- Ensure project teams deliver the Knutson Experience and comply with procedures.
- Identify and pursue new project opportunities, and participate in community and industry events to promote Knutson.
- Engage in safety training and professional development activities.

Minimum Education and Experience:
- Four-year degree in Construction Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10-15 years of responsibility for large healthcare commercial projects preferred.
- Experience in estimating, project delivery, sustainability, and industry practices.
- Management experience with project staff.
- Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills.

Schedule: Monday to Friday. Projected salary range: $167,000 - $261,000 annually.
