About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the future of W&B's flagship Models product. With a focus on user experience, quality, and speed, they will drive the day-to-day, month-to-month, and year-to-year evolution of the core experiment tracking and analysis tools used by over 2,500 of the world's most advanced ML and AI teams.
- Rapidly identify and ship improvements to W&B's core experience.
- Meet with our most advanced customers to learn their workflows and identify breakthrough improvements.
- Look into the future of experiment tracking, pretraining, and fine-tuning workflows to steer W&B's product direction
- Analyze interviews, usage data, and market behavior to rank product opportunities.
- Communicate what you ship back out to the market to drive adoption and discovery.
- 2+ years of experience using Weights & Biases. You know our product and want to make it better.
- Experience taking a technical product—it could be a model you've worked on—all the way to production, including understanding requirements for success, measuring effectiveness, and improving performance through iterations.
- Experience managing or influencing machine learning engineers, software engineers, or other stakeholders—with or without official authority.
- Clear communication and organization. A major part of the role is seeking feedback from many directions and channeling it into a single, executable stream.

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
