I have partnered with a global iconic brand that is hiring a Director of Infrastructure Operations & Reliability to lead and evolve its enterprise-wide infrastructure and operations strategy across North America. This senior leader will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, including cloud/on-prem hosting, networking, desktop/workplace, and voice, while collaborating globally across teams in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a cross-functional North American infrastructure team and partners to implement and maintain technology standards across hosting, networking, and workplace services.
• Partner with global stakeholders, cybersecurity, and risk teams to ensure secure and resilient infrastructure systems.
• Drive cloud migration initiatives and embed DevOps and observability practices to improve performance, reliability, and visibility.
• Develop disaster recovery protocols and enhance operational resilience in collaboration with resiliency teams.
• Define and report on KPIs and metrics to drive performance, transparency, and strategic alignment.
• Foster a high-performing, growth-oriented team culture across internal staff and managed service providers.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in infrastructure and operations across distributed global environments.
• Proven expertise in cloud migration, DevOps integration, and observability tools.
• Strong background in infrastructure security, risk management, and vendor management.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing service providers.
• Skilled in balancing tactical execution with long-term strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on infrastructure leader who excels at modernizing systems, building cross-functional partnerships, and driving performance and reliability at scale.
