We’re partnering with a top-tier South Florida developer to secure a General Superintendent for a prestigious 20‑storey luxury residential tower in Miami’s historic Coconut Grove. This high-end development features 70 waterfront residences, private elevators, 11 ft ceilings, expansive bay views, and elite-level service and amenities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee all on-site operations for delivery of a luxury high-rise condominium
• Ensure construction is safe, on schedule, and built to exacting quality standards
• Coordinate closely with design teams, subcontractors, and internal senior leadership
• Potentially transition into ultimate site leadership , depending on experience

What We’re Looking For

• 20+ years of high-rise construction experience , including solid tenure as a General Superintendent
• Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of the following :
• Structural systems
• Interior finishes
• Clear leadership presence, with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative mindset
• Location: Coconut Grove, Miami
• Salary Range: $225,000–$250,000 base
• Bonus: Performance-based incentive structure
