Role:Technical Architect (Digital Pathology)

Full time role

Experience : 14+

Job Description: -

We are seeking a Technical Architect with deep expertise in digital pathology image formats or digital pathology viewer technologies , along with high-resolution image rendering . The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in either front-end or back-end development . This position requires on-site presence (4 days per week) in San Francisco, CA .

Technical Skills

  • Medical Imaging Standards: Expertise in DICOM, DICOM WSI (Supplement 145), and formats like SVS, NDPI, MRXS, TIFF.
  • Image Rendering & Viewers: Experience with digital pathology image formats, tile-based rendering, and frameworks like OpenSeadragon, OpenSlide, OHIF, Cornerstone.js..
  • Back-End & Integration: Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, DICOMweb, FHIR, HL7, and microservices architecture (Python, Node.js, Java).

Educational Qualifications: -

  • Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
  • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
