What You Will Be Doing
- Leading high-trust 1:1 conversations and info sessions that convert prospective families into enrollments
- Hosting regional workshops and events that drive awareness and generate qualified leads
- Building strategic partnerships with local organizations and influencers to raise visibility
- Activating parent advocates to promote Alpha and defend the 2 Hour Learning model publicly
- Reporting on parent sentiment and engagement insights to leadership for ongoing strategy
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Pitching Alpha as a product or relying on high-pressure sales tactics
- Customizing curriculum or lowering standards to appease influential parents
- Running feel-good events that lack strategic enrollment impact
- Playing customer service to de-escalate concerns without advancing advocacy
- Hiding behind internal ops instead of showing up in the community
Key Responsibilities
Build a 150+ student enrollment waitlist at a single campus by turning families into passionate advocates through strategic outreach, compelling engagement, and mission-driven conversion.
Basic Requirements
- Located in one of the specified cities and available to work on-site with local travel
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- 5+ years of experience with families in education, outreach, or enrollment
- Proven ability to guide high-trust decisions among stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills under pressure
- Deep belief in Alpha’s high-expectation, accelerated learning model
