The Role
Everflow’s growth is accelerating, and we’re seeking a driven, experienced Sales Executive to help us expand rapidly across the U.S. market. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a cutting-edge startup transforming the advertising industry.
You will engage with diverse businesses and stakeholders, from Ad Ops teams to CEOs, using a consultative approach to uncover needs and demonstrate how Everflow’s platform can drive growth. This role involves strategic engagement with enterprise stakeholders, understanding complex challenges, and articulating the platform's value.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-value enterprise sales pipeline, progressing opportunities through the MEDDIC sales framework.
- Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close, diagnosing organizational needs and aligning solutions.
- Drive value-based selling through strategic discovery and engagement with executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to expand enterprise accounts and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Represent Everflow at industry events and conferences.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Negotiate and close complex agreements for long-term success.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a record of closing enterprise deals.
- Expertise in MEDDIC methodology, with practical application and coaching ability.
- Strong consultative selling and storytelling skills, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in presentations and negotiations.
- Comfort with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
- Experience in digital advertising or related fields is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- OTE: $150,000 to $300,000 annually (Base + Commission)
