The Role

Everflow’s growth is accelerating, and we’re seeking a driven, experienced Sales Executive to help us expand rapidly across the U.S. market. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a cutting-edge startup transforming the advertising industry.

You will engage with diverse businesses and stakeholders, from Ad Ops teams to CEOs, using a consultative approach to uncover needs and demonstrate how Everflow’s platform can drive growth. This role involves strategic engagement with enterprise stakeholders, understanding complex challenges, and articulating the platform's value.

Responsibilities

  1. Build and manage a high-value enterprise sales pipeline, progressing opportunities through the MEDDIC sales framework.
  2. Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close, diagnosing organizational needs and aligning solutions.
  3. Drive value-based selling through strategic discovery and engagement with executive stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to expand enterprise accounts and ensure a seamless client experience.
  5. Represent Everflow at industry events and conferences.
  6. Gather feedback from clients to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  7. Negotiate and close complex agreements for long-term success.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience with a record of closing enterprise deals.
  2. Expertise in MEDDIC methodology, with practical application and coaching ability.
  3. Strong consultative selling and storytelling skills, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.
  4. Excellent communication skills, confident in presentations and negotiations.
  5. Comfort with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.
  6. Experience in digital advertising or related fields is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • OTE: $150,000 to $300,000 annually (Base + Commission)
