Your Role as a Business Development Manager

• Network and Promote: Introduce our multifamily investment opportunities to your contacts.
• Engage Prospects: Connect with potential investors, invite them to a 30-minute presentation, and refer them to our Regional Sales Directors for further engagement.
• Meet Sales Goals: Generate at least 15 presentations weekly to maintain active status and maximize earnings.
