We are seeking a board-certified OBGYN physician to serve as the Residency Program Director for a newly established OBGYN residency program.

Responsibilities
- Maintain an active clinical role while leading residency program development.
- Establish and oversee ACGME accreditation, curriculum, and faculty recruitment.
- Plan didactic lectures, provide bedside teaching, and mentor residents.
- Develop resident recruitment, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
- Dedicate approximately 80 hours per month to administrative and teaching duties.
Pay Transparency
Competitive salary estimated between $500,000 and $550,000 annually, including benefits and other compensation. Exact offer will depend on experience, credentials, and other factors.
