$200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Job Location: Midtown West Manhattan
Salary: $250k+

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Partner - CPA to join our growing accounting firm. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client relationships, providing tax preparation services, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role offers an opportunity to grow into a leadership position while contributing to the success of our firm and clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong relationships with them.
• Prepare and review business and individual tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies for clients.
• Conduct tax research and stay updated on tax regulations and changes.
• Support senior partners in various accounting tasks and projects as needed.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff members.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.
• Proven experience in tax preparation and review for both business and individual clients.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
