A Washington DC–based startup is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their growing team.
The company is developing a cutting-edge platform to support political campaigns and advocacy organizations. By leveraging data-driven insights, they help campaigns operate more efficiently—enhancing voter engagement, improving digital advertising and targeting, and enabling smarter strategic decisions. Their platform includes a robust database of over 20 million active donors , complete with detailed records on donation history, background information, and contact details.
You will report directly to the CTO in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who has startup experience and is passionate about building data-driven solutions that make a meaningful social impact.
What They're Looking For

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in engineering management
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer
  • Deep understanding of TypeScript and modern front-end development with React.js
  • Strong backend development skills using Python and/or Node.js
  • Experience building out infrastructure with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or other cloud providers
