Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all AHS Infusion customers, ensuring effective client communication, service level achievement, and P&L responsibility for services.
- Identify opportunities for key performance indicators such as DSO, A/R > 90 days, and technology delivery.
- Maintain industry-leading knowledge of managing biologic and non-biologic infusion delivery.
- Understand healthcare industry and revenue cycle, including Medical Coding, Prior Authorization, and backend revenue cycle management for infusion services.
- Present a detailed plan within the first 30 days for improving service delivery for current infusion customers; travel up to four days per week if required.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in infusion services and oversee development within our ARMS AI platform for world-class RCM services.
- Manage client account receivable payments.

- 5-10 years of healthcare or enterprise hospital sales experience.
- Bachelor's or higher degree.
