About Our Client The hiring company is a medium-sized organization specializing in providing AI-innovated, digitized healthcare revenue cycle solutions.
Job Description Key Requirements:
Maintain and manage all AHS Infusion customers, ensuring client communications, Service Level Achievements, and P&L responsibility for services.
Identify opportunities for key performance indicators including DSO, A/R >90, technology delivery, etc.
Industry-leading knowledge of managing Biologic and Non-Biologic Infusion delivery.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry/revenue cycle, including Medical Coding, Prior Authorization, and Back End revenue cycle management for Infusion services.
Present a detailed plan within the first thirty (30) days of employment for improved service delivery for current Infusion Customers; travel up to four (4) days per week if required.
Serve as a subject matter expert in Infusion services and develop our ARMS Ai platform for world-class RCM services.
Responsible for client account receivable payments.

5-10 years of healthcare and/or hospital sales experience.
Bachelor's or higher degree.
