Senior Finance Attorney - Asset Backed & Structured Finance

Our clients are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate with deep experience representing lenders, issuers, investors, and back leverage providers in asset-backed and structured finance transactions. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments and want to work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage key components of complex transactions, including:
• Warehouse lending facilities
• Forward flow transactions
• Whole loan sales and repurchase agreements
• Securitizations and related financings
• Serve as a client-facing deal advisor, offering practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practices and manage junior associates to deliver excellent service and outcomes.
• You bring 5+ years of finance experience from a top-tier law firm.
• You have hands-on experience advising on structured and asset-based finance deals, ideally involving securitizations.
• You’re a natural leader and team player who can manage transactions and mentor junior lawyers.
• You have strong academic credentials and are admitted to the New York State Bar.
• You’re client-focused, commercially savvy, and eager to take on sophisticated work in a collaborative environment.
