GNR has been retained to identify a strategic, “hands-on”, and results-driven CFO for an internationally owned organization aggressively growing a US DEFENSE business .

Reporting to the President, you will play a significant role in shaping the company’s continued growth .

You’ll provide oversight & strategies for driving financial performance for a >$200m organization across multiple sites with ongoing M&A activities.

We’re seeking a proven STRATEGIC financial leader experienced within the DEFENSE sector who can handle a highly complex business and ensure fiscal integrity.

Experience required & Responsibilities to include;

• Defense experience is REQUIRED - ensuring compliance to gov’t regulations & contracts – FAR / DFARs, ITAR, DCAA / DCMA, contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M), indirect rate structures.
• Develop and execute financial strategies and plans in alignment with corporate objectives to drive growth & profitability.
• Strong financial & business acumen - financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, risk management, investor relations, and treasury management.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience & financial modeling.
• Collaborative leader, develop high-performance teams, build a foundation for growth & identify improvements throughout a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as the primary liaison with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.

OFFERING : ATTRACTIVE Compensation + bonus + relocation

LOCATION : FLORIDA Gulf Coast (Sarasota / Tampa / Clearwater region) - must be on site
