Baccalaureate degree or satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education and experience•Licensed to practice as a professional nurse in New York State•Two years of the following experience is required: Medical/Surgical SD or ICU experience, IV Insertion, phlebotomy and conscious sedation•BLS & ACLS certification•Demonstrates satisfactory completion of age specific competency
