You'll work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals, caring for critically ill patients and responding to life-threatening situations with confidence and expertise.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients in accordance with facility protocolsMonitor vital signs, administer IVs and medications, manage ventilators and other life-support systemsCollaborate with physicians, specialists, and other nurses to implement effective care plansAccurately document patient status and care providedEnsure compliance with all hospital policies and state/federal regulationsRequirements:Active RN license (Compact license preferred)BLS and ACLS certifications requiredMinimum 1-2 years recent ICU experienceStrong clinical assessment and decision-making skillsFlexibility and adaptability in new environmentsAt ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
