Position: ICU Nurse
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3*12
REQUIRMENTS:
Must be willing to float to Med-Surg as needed
Current ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
Meditech 6.0 EMR experience preferred
Schedule & Call:
Some call shifts required (24-hour duration)
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU, adhering to hospital protocols and best practice guidelines
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
Administer medications, manage life-support equipment, and respond to medical emergencies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Adapt to floating assignments in the Med-Surg unit when required
Preferred Experience:
Previous ICU nursing experience in acute care settings
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
