This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of interconnect products for Military, Commercial Aerospace, and Industrial markets.Location: Mesa, AZPay: $20-$29/hourShifts Available:1st Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11:30 PM (5% Shift Differential)3rd Shift: 3:30 PM - 7:30 AM (10% Shift Differential)Why Join Us? Growth opportunities - We promote from within Benefits package - Medical, dental, vision & 401(k) options What You'll Do:Set up and operate CNC Swiss Lathe MachinesAssist Production Supervisors in meeting KPI requirements (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost)Advocate for Lean & 5S practices across the companyConduct "in-process" quality inspections to ensure the highest standardsCollaborate with team members to optimize productivity and solve production issuesUse gaging, hand measuring tools, and metrology equipment to deliver high-quality componentsSupport preventative maintenance and report machine issuesProvide translation services for team members when neededWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 2 years of experience in lathe production, specifically with CNC & related equipmentExperience with CNC Swiss Lathe Machines such as ZPS, Tornos, Citizen, Esco, and Tsugami preferredAbility to read and interpret job layouts, blueprints, and schematicsStrong time management skills with the ability to provide hourly production statsExcellent attendance and communication skillsIntermediate computer skills and the ability to work on a busy manufacturing floorReady to Get Started?
