All shifts available!Shift Hours:1st Shift: 7am -3:30 pm2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30 pm - 5%Shift Differential3rd Shift: 3:30 pm-7:30 am - 10%Shift DifferentialThe key responsibilities of this CNC Machinistinclude, but are not limited to:Is knowledgeable in CNC machining and secondary equipmentAssists Production Supervisors with all aspects of KPI requirements (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost)Active participant and advocate of Lean & 5S culture company-wideFollows "in-process" quality inspections and works with team members to ensure total qualityAids in feedback to planning & engineering to optimize productivityProvides translation service for team members when requiredEnsure usage of correct gaging, hand measuring tools & metrology equipment to deliver the highest possible quality components for our customersSupport preventative maintenance of equipment and report machine issues to production supervisorQualificationsMinimum 2 years of lathe production experience on CNC & related production equipmentExperience setting up and operating CNC Lathe Machines preferredRead and understand job layouts, blueprints, schematics and work from written and verbal job instructions on operationsStrict time management with self and other employees to support a productive work environment.
