Test new products (tooling and work holding)4. Complete changeovers and/or repair maintenance activities5. Participate in problem solving6. Housekeeping of tool room area7. Cycle time reductions8. Participate in APQP/PPAP process and implementation of new processes9. Perform production set ups10. Reteach robots and assist Engineering in Automation of cells.11. Assist with training for operators on machining & PM tasks (also New Hire Training if designated)12. Follow Housekeeping, Safety & Environmental requirements (recycling, labeling, spills and programs)13. Comply with all applicable requirements for the Quality and Environmental Systems14. Continuous improvement ideas in safety, productivity, quality, housekeeping-submit to supervisor or HR Box15.
