Job Description SummaryPerform a variety of tasks in the finishing process of the blade.Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesGrinding blade to work instruction specifications.Grind between quality marks and apply gelcoat to designated locations.Matting to give blades a clean finish.Painting and SandingApply tape to edge of blade to avoid overspray of gel coat.Apply auto mask to the shell of the blade.Apply filler/mud to the lead edge of the blade, then scrape of excess so all voids are filled.Turn the blade utilizing machine.Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines.Maintain 5s standards.Required QualificationsAbility to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs. Ability to push/pull heavy objects. Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors. Ability to work with hands for an extended period. Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery. Requires usage of respirator.
