Our facility, which boasts 95 licensed beds, offers a range of services including Bariatrics, Inpatient Rehab, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Urgent Care, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients within the telemetry unit.- Monitor patients' vital signs and interpret telemetry readings.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate patient records using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (Meditech).- Participate in orientation and ongoing training to develop skills and stay current in nursing practices. Unit Information: - Unit Type: Medical Surgical/Telemetry - Number of Beds: 25 - Patient Ratios: 1:5 - Shift Type: 12-hour shifts Qualifications: - Must possess an active RN license in the state of WA.- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS.- 1 year of nursing experience preferred.- Ability to float to other units as needed.- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse patient population. Education: - Must hold a valid RN degree from an accredited nursing program. Dress Code: - Scrubs of any color are acceptable; hoodies are not permitted.
