Job Title: QC CMM Programmer
Reports to: Quality Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly
Schedule: Monday through Friday with OT as needed
1st: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
2nd: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday with OT as needed
3rd: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Responsibilities
•Perform all CMM operations
•When non-conforming product is found, follow necessary processes
•Assist on continual improvement projects
•Follow all daily QC priorities and responsibilities.
•Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
•Measure products by utilizing dimensional layouts, the CMM and other measuring instruments.
•Provide technical support to operations pertinent to compliance with engineering requirements.
•Interact with Engineering, Manufacturing and Production Control Management in the execution of process flow
through the CMM.
•Identify software/hardware issues that may have detrimental effects on the CMM process.
•Undertake Continual Improvement Projects as defined and assigned by the Director of Quality
•Participate in decision-making process in conjunction with Quality Control personnel on day-to-day issues
relative to the determination of product/process acceptance criteria.

•Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
•Responding to public address system announcements
•Walking and standing
•Ability to lift twenty-five (25) pounds or more
Environmental Job Requirements
•Due to forklifts and other heavy equipment traveling through the shop, temporary cracks may appear in the floor,
causing an uneven walking surface
•The shop environment can be dusty and noisy
•Doors are frequently open, causing drafts and interior temperature changes
•Floors around work area may become slippery during wet weather conditions, or liquids such as coolants and oils
from the machinery
•May have to handle parts with sharp edges
•Passing forklifts emit gas fumes
•Tools, supplies, and related materials may contain hazardous materials
•May have to occasionally work outdoors where temperatures and climate can fluctuate
Personal Protection Equipment
•The wearing of Safety Glasses when working on the shop floor.
Management has the right to add or change these duties of the position at any time.
