Travel RN - Med/Surg Tele

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry night shift position requiring recent specialty experience and active OH or compact state licensure.Job Details•Work in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit of a hospital setting,•Night shifts with three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00pm to 7:30am,•Care for adult patients requiring medical-surgical and telemetry monitoring,•Use of telemetry monitoring equipment,•Documentation of hours worked will be completed using Qualivis-Lotus,•Floating may be required based on clinical experience,Job Requirements•Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license required at time of consideration,•Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel,•Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required,•Two supervisory references in the specialty required: one perm reference (from last 12 months), one travel reference (if applicable) from most recent assignment,•PDF copies of driver's license and social security card required,•Must complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing contract,•Negative 10-panel drug screen required within 12 months of start; nicotine screening is not required for nurses,Additional Information•Daily responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients and monitoring telemetry rhythms,•ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation and must be passed,•PBDS Assessment is waived for this assignment,•The team is comprised of support staff and leadership to assist with onboarding and patient care,•Return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals is not allowed for one year following previous permanent employment,•All requested time off should be discussed during the interview,•Only one active application allowed within the health system at a time
