American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry night shift position requiring an active Ohio or Compact license and Epic EMR experience.Job Details•Position is on a combined Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting,•Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00pm-7:30am,•Telemetry monitoring and Med/Surg patient population,•Epic EMR is used on the unit and prior experience is required,•Traveler is required to work at least every other holiday,Job Requirements•Active permanent Ohio RN license or Compact license required at time of consideration,•Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required,•AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required and must be active,•NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained prior to start,•Epic charting experience required,•One recent supervisory reference in the specialty is required for consideration,•Candidate must successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate tests during orientation with two attempts allowed,•No license hits or open background check cases will be accepted,Additional Information•Candidates must complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting and obtain an onsite badge prior to start date,•Onsite ECG and medication safety assessments occur during orientation,•Holiday coverage is required for assigned rotations,•Permanent or per diem staff must have a one-year gap from previous employment before returning,•Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers,•PAPRs are not an alternative for caregivers with facial hair except with approved medical or religious exemptions,•Modules must be completed prior to start and annually if contracted for a year or more,•First time travelers are eligible for this position,),•hash,:•9992704476651798298,
