As the
Executive Digital Creative Director , you will serve as the visionary leader of Moore Digital's creative practice, shaping innovative design and copy strategies that elevate the digital presence of our nonprofit clients. In addition to driving creative excellence, this role is a key contributor to new business acquisition- partnering closely with business development leads, presenting bold ideas to prospective clients, and championing Moore Digital's creative value in pitch settings.
This is an on-site position out of our Lanham, MD office.
Moore Digital , a division of Moore, works to build donor surround sound with video, audio, and other digital messages. Part of this is through addressable media where you know who the person is you are targeting; this includes programmatic video, CTV, programmatic display, email, texting, and some social ads. And part is through non-addressable media like DRTV, traditional radio advertising, and other digital services like website design.

Your Impact:
Collaborate with new business team, sister agencies, and enterprise stakeholders to create impactful proposals and pitch decks for RFP responses. Develop compelling concepts, propose innovative ideas, and provide strategic creative vision for presentations to potential clients, current clients, and internal Moore colleagues. Lead creative presentations in high-stakes new business pitches, client briefings, and campaign launches. Review and provide constructive feedback on art produced by designers and art directors to ensure that work meets the goals, brand guidelines, UX/UI best practices, and required elements for digital campaigns. Generate breakthrough ideas and storytelling strategies tailored for client growth and donor engagement. Design an assortment of digital products as needed, including emails, donation pages, lightboxes, website features, websites, spec art for new business pitches, and presentation decks. Work across departments to integrate creative into operational planning, process and procedure improvement, and agency marketing efforts. Elevate Moore Digital's external visibility through creative showcases, networking, and conference participation. Act as the senior point of escalation for creative and copy-related challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Serve as a learning resource to coworkers. Maintain a pulse on digital design developments and innovations, platforms, web/email/digital media design standards and best practices, new technologies, UX/UI concepts and philosophies, and nonprofit sector trends. Establish and evolve creative standards, workflows, and quality control processes across all digital touchpoints. Your Profile:
15+ years of management-level experience in a creative department required. Four-year degree or equivalent experience required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite required. Strong knowledge of digital creative design, multi-channel integration, user experience, UX/UI, creative processes, messaging tactics and digital production. Strategic; highly conceptual thinker and master presenter. Strong knowledge of fundraising. Extensive design experience and high competency with design platforms, including Adobe Photoshop and XD. Ability to work in a team environment to meet client fundraising goals. Ability to handle multiple projects; a resourceful self-starter who can take initiative and follow through on projects. Ability to adapt to change and prioritize constantly shifting opportunities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively manage personnel. Strong competencies in quality management, adaptability, initiative and innovation, sound judgement, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills. How We'll Support You:
