Electrical Engineer

Selectek is looking for an Electrical Engineer  capable of leading a group of designers and drafters as a subject matter exporter in design/build commercial electrical construction design.nRequired:nnBachelor Degree in Electrical EngineeringnWorking experience with California codes and standards preferrednFE/PE preferrednProficient use of Autodesk Revit and CADnExcellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environmentnStrong communication skillsnnJob Responsibilities:nnReview project criteria and requirementsnPerform complete construction documents, including drawings and specificationsnCoordination and collaboration with trade partners and team membersnDirect and review design through the plan check and construction phasesnTechnical resource to team membersnElectrical design including but not limited to power distribution, branch power, branch lighting, lighting controls (commercial construction)nPerform engineering calculationsnPrepare Title 24 compliance formsnResponsibly to meet applicable codes and customer requirementsnResponsible for design coordination with the project manager so that design documents meet project scope requirementsnAttend meetings - architect, MEP, GC, project manager, and owner’s SME coordinationnCoordinate with BIM departmentnnSponsorship:  NonPay Range:  $66.10/hour - $96.15/hour ($125,000 - $200,000 annual salary)nPay method when direct: SalarynTerm of assignment:  6 months contract to directnLocation of Job:  Santa Clara, CAnWFH:  possible down the roadnRemote:  NonHours & Shift:  Monday - Friday: 8am – 5pmnOvertime:  Some on occasionnTravel:  NonenWork Attire:  Business casualnDoes the client require a background check and drug test?  YesnPlease contact Lizzie Johns at 470-203-0754 or for more information.nÂ
