About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with deep expertise and strong networks in the Energy / Oil & Gas industry . This is a hunter role , ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact client-facing environments and has a proven track record in selling IT services/solutions (not products).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the Energy / Oil & Gas sector
  • Focus on services sales (e.g., consulting, managed services, digital transformation)
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (C-level and Directors)
  • Understand client needs and propose value-driven, customized solutions
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of qualified leads
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a focus on the Oil & Gas / Energy sector
  • Strong track record of hunting and closing multi-million dollar deals
  • Solid network and relationships in the Houston energy ecosystem
  • Experience selling services (e.g., IT consulting, cloud, data, engineering, staffing)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working with CTS or similar clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Understanding of trends in digital transformation within the Energy sector
