Rate - 65000.00 USD - 110000.00 USD
Summary:
Our client, a growing software company, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join their team in Chandler, AZ. This is a full-time hybrid role offering flexibility to work from home. Travel required up to 20% of the time. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality and a strong track record of generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Essential skills & experience
- Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as Value-Based Selling or Strategic Selling.
- Experience working within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.
- Experience in New Logo Hunting and Outbound Outreach
- 4+ years of sales experience - outbound and account management
- Experience in Healthcare or SLED domains
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align client needs with company offerings
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals successfully
- Provide exceptional customer service to support retention and satisfaction
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and track activity metrics
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed quotas
- Experience in account management and relationship development
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of structured sales methodologies (e.g., Value-Based Selling, Strategic Selling)
- Experience working within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem is a plus
- Background in technology or the IT services industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Self-starter with a hunter mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
